Grading will never be my favorite part of the job. Even though I teach in a pretty small school and don't have huge numbers of papers and exams to grade, it's still something I dread doing and keep postponing all day (so that right now at 10 PM I still have a pile waiting for me, which needs to be done by tomorrow 9 AM).
To pull me through I am enjoying the Hommage à Piazzolla cd, and amazing collection of Piazzolla's music played by Gidon Kremer and, among others, Michel Portal and Elisabeth Chojnacka. I found one of the compositions (Café 1930) online, also featuring Gidon Kremer. Enjoy!

The interesting thing about that meme is, I was thinking about you after I went to my Google Reader and read your post. I didn't mean for you to be excluded from the tagging. I was just tired at about 10pm. Nonetheless, thanks for adding yourself. You're part of it now. And I hate grading, too. I need TAs so they can do all the grading for me ... syke.
I gave up the red pen after four years and switched to purple. :) It sill had the same affect on me, though...I loved the power.
